I was able to create, design and draw the renovation of the Cushman & Wakefield Design+Build offices in 2023.
The concept was to symbolize our work by predilection, creativity and expertise in the fields of architecture, interior design and workspace design.
I was able to use elements such as brick, transparency, glass brick, metal, wood and other building materials to indirectly represent the world of architecture. In addition, I wanted to reference the use of Japanese-style scaffolding as a central element of our project.
This project was a real challenge for me, but also for CWD+B, as we had to transform the space for restructuring where we were a larger number of people than the number of workstations available. I therefore had to carry out a feasibility study based on the percentage of each individual's presence, as well as their team membership and way of working.

We had 4 different teams.
The different phases of the project as they were:
Number of people VS number of workstations
Conceptualization of the space
Creation of moodboard, material research, feasibility
Comparison of reservation systems (room, workstation...)
Plans and 3D
Presentation to team
Site supervision
Search for material suppliers VS budget
Fear management and team questioning
