Barthelemy is a nomad stool made of 2 main pieces : the cushion in in Bonaudo Italian Leather while the structure is made out of dark blue-grey steel.
I choose to have a monochrome color so that the stool looks like it's in one piece, one shape.
Made especially for a quick usage, Barthelemy offers 2 positions of sitting : on the side or on straddle, such as riding a horse, or a bike.
By his experimental shape and his cantilevered it brings to the whole design a feeling of sitting in the air. The whole intention is there : Monochrome. Cantilevered. One shape. Ergonomic.
The main intention here was to make it easy to grab, by the structure and easy to tidy it by putting 2 stool one on the top of the other.
